While some families report excellent experiences with the nursing staff, there is a recurring pattern of serious concerns regarding understaffing, neglect, and poor administrative communication. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend visiting unannounced at different times of the day and asking specifically about their current nurse-to-patient ratios and their policy on monitoring resident health.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff have been so friendly and helpful. My dad tells me all the time how friendly and nice everyone has been. I am always greeted with a smile when I visit.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

They are continually understaffed and use temp agencies with a very fast turnover for their patient assistance. Some of the Nurses are AMAZING. But the are overworked and cannot give the care they would/should be able too.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The reviews about neglect and carelessness are what we experienced as well with our loved one. Add in that one of the 'care givers' admitted to being positive for Covid (in 2025) and not wearing a mask.
