What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest a positive trend under new management, the facility has a history of severe clinical failures. We strongly recommend that you perform an unannounced visit to observe the current staff-to-resident interaction and specifically ask for their protocol on discharge communication to avoid the issues reported by previous families.

Key Review Excerpts

In the past few months there has been many positive changes you can tell the moment you walk in the building it just smells and looks cleaner. Per Mom the food has improved and the staff are extremely kind.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

The admissions process and all of the people we dealt with including the social worker and the business office staff were so helpful and kind.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★

My mother, whom was not bed ridden, developed a bed in less than 6 weeks at this place. She was for rehab. How can anybody be in rehab not be bed ridded and get a bed sore. This is clearly neglect and abuse.
