Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed the facility has a very active social calendar; could you walk me through what a typical week of activities looks like for residents?
  • 2With the current staffing landscape, how do you balance the use of agency or traveling nurses with your permanent staff to ensure residents receive consistent, familiar care?
  • 3Given that medication management is a top priority for our family, can you explain your process for ensuring accuracy and how you communicate any changes in medication to us?
  • 4I see that you engage with feedback online; what is your preferred method for keeping families updated and ensuring we have a direct line of communication with management?
  • 5Since the facility has a 60-resident capacity, how do you ensure that each resident receives personalized attention during peak times of the day?
  • 6What protocols do you have in place for handling medical emergencies, and how quickly would we be notified if a change in our loved one's health status occurs?

Key Review Excerpts

Don't let the beautiful facility deceive you! They are under staffed with revolving door of traveling nurses. The only staff that appeared to be consistent were upper management and I advise you to get anything they say in writing.

Family member of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

Still waiting on call back from cooperate almost 3 weeks later family member dehydrated and 2 days later got bag of fluids

Family member of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

The place is always clean when I have been there and there is a lot of space for people to visit. Staff are nice and very accommodating.
