Key Review Excerpts

I spent nine weeks at Comforcare’s Healing Grace wing recovering from hip surgery. I received excellent care from the entire staff —doctors, nurses, medical support, therapists, management and administrative support.. All were professional, caring, attentive, empathetic, and always patient focused.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

Best nurses ever!!! They really care about the residents and the families.

Family member · 2020★★★★★

Can someone please tell me how they get away with chickens freely roaming and crapping all over the area residents go outside to sit. Yes it is neat to watch but the chicken crap also gets dragged back in on canes, walkers and wheelchair wheels.

Clean record — no deficiencies

This facility shows concerning patterns with families filing multiple complaints leading to deficiencies in safety oversight, care quality, and infection control. The most recurring issues involve fire safety and building maintenance, resident rights and assessment procedures, and nutrition services. While most past deficiencies have been corrected, recent complaints in 2025 suggest ongoing problems with accident prevention and infection control, and several fire safety issues from the most recent 2026 survey remain under correction plans.
