Key Review Excerpts

I have Grown to know the staff here from the administrator did the office people to the nurses to the CNAs and on Down the Line. I know that other people have their own opinion about places where their loved ones are at but in my opinion Gibson City Heritage Health here is one of the top notch places that I have seen throughout the state.

Long-term resident's family · 2020★★★★★

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

Had an appt.and called ahead to confirm. They had no appt written down. Person answering the phone was the one I spoke to to make the appt. They have no administrator, no one that can answer questions.
