Is not wheelchair accessible, I have asked staff 3 times if they can help me put a mattress pad on my bed. I have yet to see Three nutritious daily meals served every day , snacks are the responsibility of the residents to buy.

They are rude ...and very unprofessional and will hang up the phone on you for asking questions or if you dont understand something they will tell you it's your fault and if you call back they will do it again ! (This is their transportation service)
