Key Review Excerpts

Poor care for awhile as I've been monitoring parents daily care. Left in room alone with no one offering drinks of water for hydration. Poor physical care. 3 falls with injuries unnecessarily.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Clean, excellent care giving, and friendly staff. Visiting is allowed following some screening and masks. I would highly reccomend this facility over others around.

Family member · 2021★★★★★

This facility has experienced recurring problems across multiple areas, with families filing complaints that triggered additional inspections. The most frequent issues involve infection control, care planning and assessments, and nursing staff competency. Recent complaints in 2024-2025 focused on abuse reporting procedures and quality of care standards. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated violations in core care areas suggests ongoing challenges with maintaining consistent standards.
