What this means for your family

While the facility's physical therapy team is highly regarded for helping patients recover, the recurring, serious reports of neglect and medication management errors are significant red flags. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a family member present frequently to monitor care, and specifically ask management how they address response times for basic assistance and medication administration.

Key Review Excerpts

The physical therapy team is unbelievable. I want to thank Kim, Brad, Tina and Tracy. Without you I wouldn't be able to have made the amazing recovery I did.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

My grandmother wasn’t there a whole 24 hours, before she fell making her injury worse. The whole purpose of her being there was to learn to walk on a walker, after an injury. Which was made clear to the staff.

Memory care family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The FIRST DAY they refused to give my mother her pain medication. She has stage 4 breast cancer that has spread into her bones. Specifically her SPINE.
