Key Review Excerpts

The Nursing Home was under a different management at that time which was the worst ever. Recently a new Nursing Director by the name of Samantha Vassel had come on board and made some very positive changes at Folkston Park.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★☆☆

The management here has done a complete changeover and it shows. My mom was here years ago and now my dad and it is so much better when I went to see him this week.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

State needs to shut them down, our dad was there for a week of hospice respite care, did a 180 turn around, when he came home he was in respiratory distress, dehydrated, his clothes was missing, Ativan was missing out of his comfort kit.
