What this means for your family

Given the consistent and serious reports of medical neglect, poor communication, and unsanitary conditions, we strongly advise families to look elsewhere. If you must consider this facility, demand a tour of the specific unit your loved one will occupy and ask for a written plan on how they communicate emergency hospital transfers to family members.

Key Review Excerpts

The place smells like old pee. The first night that we were there, the nurse was screaming at the other staff in front of residents and families.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My dad was put here a couple times. They let him fall. Get sent to the ER on Father’s Day & didn’t even call me or my brothers.

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

In my case she was said to be doing so well, getting up unassisted, walking up stairs, using the restroom. When we got her home she was unable to even get up out of the car, couldn't use the restroom could barely walk.
