Key Review Excerpts

The staff was very accommodating, compassionate, patient, experienced and most of all available when something was needed. Their attentiveness to my family's needs were Top Notch.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

Yikes… poor patient to staff ratio, and not a clean facility. Patients are not given the attention and care that they deserve. There was literally fecal matter on the floor for multiple days (and that was just in the room I was in!)

Visitor · 2023☆☆☆☆

The Geneva Living Center has been wonderful to our loved one especially during this very difficult time. They have been exceptional at keeping us updated on the status of the facility and are very consistent with the COVID testing.
