What this means for your family

Fair Oaks is highly regarded for its clean environment and dedicated nursing staff, making it a strong contender for many families. However, if your loved one requires two-person assistance for mobility, be sure to ask management about their staffing ratios during peak hours to ensure timely care. Additionally, clarify all financial expectations upfront, as private room costs have been a point of contention for some families.

Key Review Excerpts

The only real irritation is that if your loved one cannot go to the restroom unassisted, they will likely only change a soiled diaper, because it requires two assistants, and will take 30 minutes to an hour for them to get to the patient.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★

The daily price is lower than the surrounding counties within 30 minutes of us and the facility is cleaner and more updated than what we had found by touring 4 other facilities. The care he receives is the BEST.

Grandchild of resident · 2026★★★★★

Nursing staff is excellent and my Mother received great care! However, in my opinion the Administrator and Corporate office have no compassion for residents or families! All they care about is profit!
