Embassy of Woodland Park receives high praise for its dedicated nursing and therapy staff, with many families noting a compassionate and responsive environment. However, recent reviews highlight significant concerns regarding medical oversight, communication lapses, and outdated facility infrastructure. Families should weigh the positive reports of clinical care against serious allegations of neglect and poor management of chronic health conditions.

Key Review Excerpts

PT department is Top notch. The PT Ryan cured my mom of vertigo. Director of Social Services Brittany is very responsive and communicates well.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

They were not listening to my husband when he knew he needed to go to the ER so I had to called the ambulance to take him and the Doctor told me if I would not have called them he would have passed away

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The patient rooms are completely outdated. There is no place for the 2nd roommate to have a visible TV and there are no comfortable chairs in the rooms for the patients to sit on...just metal fold up chairs.
