What this means for your family
While the facility's therapy department receives occasional praise, the consistent, high-severity reports of neglect, poor hygiene, and lack of responsiveness are major red flags. I strongly advise families to look elsewhere, or if you must consider this facility, conduct an unannounced visit during evening or weekend hours to observe actual staffing levels and response times.

Key Review Excerpts
“My Dad was in this place back in 2006 to get back on his feet. Back then it went under a different name but seems this place just as bad probably the same people work there. They made him drink a nutrition drink knowing he couldn’t swallow too good at the time and he choked on it. Paramedics had to be called because not one person with him knew what to do.”
“If you push the call button no one shows up for at least 45 min. This place is DISGUSTING! They don’t feed you on time or assist with any needs. They are not on the same page at all when it comes to medicine dosages.”
“The staff on the night shift are OBTUSE and INCOMPETENT. As a healthcare provider myself, I've never seen such people OBLIVIOUS to patient care!”
