What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with memory care and event staff, the recent, severe allegations regarding facility hygiene and staff accountability are deeply concerning. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit and specifically inspecting the living quarters for maintenance issues before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

My father in law suffers from Alzheimers and has a traumatic brain injury and was placed here 4 weeks ago. They have treated him so very well. They make sure he is taken care of.

Memory care family member · 2023★★★★★

It's a joke. It's a nurse named Albright that's horrific. She lies and the administration takes up for her and thinks she can do no wrong. It's very disappointing. I currently live here and there are a family of rats in my closet.

Current resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

This place started out for a year doing a great job ! Then they became very irresponsible at their duties with my dad clothes and belongings! They lost a whole wardrobe of clothes ,but I think one of the staff members stole them!!

This facility has a concerning pattern of repeated fire safety violations across multiple years, with sprinkler system and smoke protection issues appearing in 2019, 2020, and 2023. A family filed a complaint in 2024 regarding failure to report suspected abuse or neglect. The facility also struggled with infection control programs during 2019-2020. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring fire safety problems suggest ongoing maintenance challenges that families should discuss during visits.
