What this means for your family

While some families report a warm, family-like atmosphere, there are serious, recurring allegations of neglect and poor responsiveness to resident needs. We strongly advise you to visit during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels yourself and ask management directly how they handle complaints regarding hygiene and call-button response times.

Key Review Excerpts

I feel like my mom is being very well taken care of. I feel like the staff treats her with compassion. I appreciate that myself and the staff communicate with each other.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

They let her sit in a dirty diaper until she got a UTI. This place needs to be shut down. We did report them to the state.

Granddaughter of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

The building was so clean and tidy. The admins were definitely friendly. And one particular guy who’s the House keeper supervisor was out helping, which that’s something you rarely see.
