Key Review Excerpts

My mother was there five months and they sent her to the ER with sepsis, malnutrition, dehydration and in need of emergency surgery to remove all the dead tissue and part of the infected bone on her bottom from neglect.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

She was left alone most of time , Noone would answer call buzzer for and hour sometimes , she needed help using pot chairs and pulling up pants when she 1st got there asked for help CNA told her she can do it herself .

Rehab patient's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The facility never answers their phone, never returns phone calls, and is making it next to impossible to transfer her to a better facility.
