While the facility was highly regarded in the past for its family support, recent reports of preventable safety incidents and staff distraction are concerning. We strongly recommend observing the floor during a visit to ensure staff are actively engaged with residents rather than distracted by personal devices.

Key Review Excerpts

My 94yr old dad is there was was allowed to fall out the bed and hurt his ribs. This is so unsatisfactory in my eyes, why aren’t safely protocols put in place to prevent this type of actions?

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

The cna's do not take care of the residents as well as they should. They are either to busy talking or on their phone. The food is terrible considering how much a resident is required to pay to stay there.

Local Guide · 2025★★☆☆☆

We recently moved our mother into Delta South. I can’t say enough about the staff and the care and attention that was shown to my entire family.
