Key Review Excerpts

My mom did not receive her life saving meds, she was not allowed to use a regular restroom, and someone never turned her oxygen on overnight, luckily someone came in and saw. She could have died!!!

Daughter of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

They disregard families wishes and lack communication. They were told several times not to give my dad opiates but continued to go against that. This is the upper management that I’m referring to.

Daughter of resident · 2026☆☆☆☆

They did some restructuring and in the past month my uncle has lost 40lbs, gotten sores and infections. Multiple times has been found sitting in his own urine and feces.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆
