This report details an unannounced complaint investigation conducted on 04/15/2024 regarding allegations of financial abuse, missing personal belongings, and disrespectful treatment. Based on interviews and record reviews, the department determined that all allegations were unfounded, could not have happened, or lacked reasonable basis.
