Key Review Excerpts

The four stars are for the Physical Therapists who helped my Dad get back on his feet (fracture in knee and other injuries). Also, the front desk ladies were very nice; as we're most of the CNAs.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★

My father had problems with verbal abuse from one nurse telling him he’s dead weight, nasty talking to him when others couldn’t hear. Same person rough at rolling you over to change soiled diaper.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

On Saturday my father fell and laid on floor for a while before a nurse found him. When I was there on Saturday it wasn't a nurse to be found.
