Key Review Excerpts

The Therapy group are amazing and I love how much care they put into each of the residents they have.

Grandchild of a resident · 2024★★★★

If you’re planning on having a family member admitted to this facility please consider being there every day to ensure basic hygiene and care measures take place.

Family member of a resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

This place is constantly out of necessities. Pull ups, wipes, slings, not enough wheel chairs. Some of the beds are broken. Infested with roaches, spiders and sometimes even snakes.

Seven families filed complaint reports about this facility, raising serious concerns about resident protection, safety hazards, and pest control. The most recurring issues involve building maintenance problems (room sizes, heating/ventilation systems), medication management, and resident rights violations.
