What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with individual staff members, the facility has a concerning history of reported neglect and delayed medical care. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit during off-hours to observe hygiene standards and asking management directly about their protocols for escalating medical concerns for residents.

Google Reviews

Google Reviews

14 reviews analyzed
Comfort Care Nursing Center receives a high volume of generic, textless five-star reviews that lack substantive feedback. However, a detailed negative report highlights serious concerns regarding hygiene standards and the delayed medical treatment of a resident, suggesting a significant gap between the facility's online reputation and the actual quality of care.

Key Review Excerpts

Nurse Alexis Boney is great, best nurse in the state for sure. When my great aunt was in her care she made sure to give her A1 CARE.

Great-niece of resident · 2024★★★★★

First off, I got there 10 minutes early and he had been dumped out and left alone for awhile and when I saw how dirty he was, I burst into tears. He had dried food all over his face; then he got sick & my sister who is a retired nurse begged for a week to check him out as he was sick.
