What this means for your family

While some families report a positive experience with the activity department and staff, the reports of uncommunicated injuries and missing personal items are significant red flags. If you choose to tour this facility, ask specifically about their protocol for notifying families of accidents and how they track and secure resident personal belongings.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom @ I went to our aunt funeral out of town one day and less than 24 hours my did hip and arm was broken and we was not notified about the situation.

Family member of resident · 2020☆☆☆☆

In the five months he was there we bought him new clothes... I had to stay on them about his socks. When he past. We got his bedding stuff. The night pants set my sister in law got him. And two jackets. And three pairs of sock. Out of 24 pairs.
