Key Review Excerpts

They became like family and showed their concern for our parents. Our last parent recently passed and we had over 9 staff that made a special effort and came to our mom’s funeral.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My father in law was there for 6 weeks after leaving the hospital for a UTI. He also has Alzheimer’s. Staff said yes we can deal with someone with Alzheimer’s. NO they cannot!

Memory care family member · 2021★★☆☆☆

The staff was so rude I asked what hall I was on so I could get report and they was like just walk around and answer call lights okay but then I asked how to transfer patients and who needed assistance with check and changes they just walked off and left me with no report.
