Key Review Excerpts

There is no 0 rating! Last Wednesday we found my Mom in respiratory distress, laying off the bed. Could not get help. Everyone said they would get someone...no one.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

The administrator sounds desperate asking us as family members to give the place a 4/5 star rating at the dinner. I even saw at the desk a paper telling the employees that they will be enter into a $50 drawing if they leave a good review.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The care she received was incredible and impressive. We received regular communication from the nurses and staff which was helpful and decreased our anxiety about having her in the facility alone.
