What this means for your family

The facility offers a vibrant activity program and a beautiful, clean environment that many families appreciate. However, given the recurring reports of high staff turnover and communication challenges with management, we strongly recommend asking for a detailed staffing ratio plan and a clear process for how they handle medical emergencies before committing.

Key Review Excerpts

In the five years I have never once been disappointed with the staff, food, or facility. My mom passed a few years ago so my dad lived there by himself. He suffered from dementia and they were well equipped and educated to manage my father's lack of mobility and disease.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

NEW OWNERS took over, ended up losing most of the staff my Mom was familiar with. Staff is minimal now. My Mom has has 3 falls in the last month and a half. The aides there do not have to be licensed and are hired with minimal or no experience.

Long-term resident's family · 2020☆☆☆☆

I would definitely look at other facilities in the area, I made the choice to send my 87yr old Mother there and it was a mistake,I take the blame. It cost us $9000.00 for a week and a half stay, and 2 hospital trips during that week and a half under their care.
