Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My family member was covered in vomit in a community room when I got there. I had to hunt down staff to help me clean her up. 99% of the staff were on there phones and gave you a pissy look with eye rolling when asking for codes to get out of the locked unit.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The only concern that I did have was the one line, sometimes, you couldn't get anyone when you called. I will say that there are some nurses that really care and do a really good job

Families have filed complaints resulting in serious deficiencies including abuse protection failures, accident hazards, and wound care problems, with families reporting concerns that triggered investigations. The facility shows recurring issues with safety hazards, care planning, and medication management across multiple surveys from 2019-2024. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated problems in core care areas suggests ongoing quality concerns families should carefully evaluate before visiting.
