What this means for your family

While the facility offers attractive amenities like pool therapy and a clean environment, the recurring reports of medication errors and neglect are critical red flags. If you are considering this facility, you must conduct unannounced visits during weekends and evenings to verify staffing levels and ask management specifically how they track and prevent medication administration errors.

Key Review Excerpts

I thought they were great but unfortunately I was overdosed by a med passer. I came out of it ok but I could have died if they didn’t catch her mistake.

Rehab patient · 2023☆☆☆☆

One day they wheeled her into the dining room for breakfast and left her sitting there all day until I came to visit and found her. Her room always averaged about 90 degrees. Most days they never even got her out of bed or dressed.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

I found her almost nude, bile all over herself and incoherent. She was transferred to the hospital. I don't know how they said they checked on her every hour and couldn't see what she looked like.
