What this means for your family

This facility has a dedicated social work team and a clean physical environment, which many families find helpful during the transition process. However, the recurring reports of neglect and slow response times during nights and weekends are critical concerns; we strongly advise visiting during off-hours and ensuring your loved one has a consistent advocate present.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff is very friendly and caring.

Visitor · 2025★★★★★

My mother has been a resident at Central Park for roughly 10 months. There have been many positive changes over that time and I know she is in good hands. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I can always ask staff or call the desk and everyone has been more than willing to help and answer questions.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

My father spent a little over a year on the dementia floor. Mostly left alone facing a wall. Soiled bedding as well as himself. Other residents walking around soiled. Feces on the floor. While the staff sits around on their phones.
