What this means for your family

Cascadia of Nampa offers a modern environment and highly effective rehabilitation services, making it a strong candidate for post-surgery recovery. However, families should be aware of recurring reports regarding slow response times and communication gaps; we strongly recommend scheduling a tour and asking specifically how they handle medication administration and family updates during weekends.

Key Review Excerpts

My dad was in there for 5 days and went down hill due to lack of supervision and his medication not being given to him. He was found by my mother on the 5th day in a non responsive, comatose state and no one from the facility bothered calling her.

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

The facility and staff were amazing for us. The facility was neat and clean, the staff was very professional, friendly to the point that we made lots of very good staff friends, and the rehab was so good that we are doing outpatient rehab now.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

It’s been a struggle to get my medication in a timely manner. There has been an overwhelming amount of miscommunication; and on 5/13 their director of nursing kept telling us that I was prescribed a medication that I have never taken in my life when finally realized she was looking at the wrong chart.
