Key Review Excerpts

My parents lived here from 2006 until each of them passed away. We used to joke with them that it is like a landlocked cruise ship. Casa took great care of them for many years and the staff treated them (and us) like family. I can't say enough good things about it.

Casa Dorinda has recurring issues across multiple care areas, with families filing complaints that led to 6 deficiency findings. The facility shows persistent problems with care planning, medication management, and food safety spanning several years. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated issues in core care areas—particularly care planning problems appearing in 2019, 2024, and again in late 2024—suggests ongoing challenges with maintaining consistent quality standards.
