What this means for your family

Given the severe reports of neglect and hygiene issues, we strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and speak directly with current residents and staff. While some reviewers praise the rehab team, the consistency of complaints regarding staff attitude and patient safety makes this facility a high-risk choice that requires significant due diligence.

Key Review Excerpts

My husband is a patient there and he was rushed to the hospital this morning because he had fallen out of bed. They got him to the hospital and the hospital was appalled at the condition he was in. My husband can not speak or walk or feed himself. And he was malnourished, he was septic, and his catheter had.not been changed.

Spouse of resident · 2020☆☆☆☆

The workers are nasty and disrespectful and the place is very unsettling and nasty. They have roaches and bugs everywhere and they don’t care about the people they help.

Visitor/Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

They have a great rehab team that works hard to to bring function back to the daily life of their residents.

Families have filed multiple complaints triggering inspections, with the most recent in December 2024 citing serious issues around abuse reporting and treatment care that remain under correction. The facility shows recurring problems with accident prevention and safety hazards across multiple years, along with issues in resident protection, medication management, and infection control.
