Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given the recent focus on facility maintenance, could you walk me through your current daily cleaning protocols and how you ensure high standards of hygiene in resident rooms?
  • 2I understand that communication is vital for families; what is the best way for us to stay updated on our loved one's daily progress and reach the nursing team directly if we have questions?
  • 3With the rehabilitation therapy program being a noted strength here, how do you integrate those therapy goals into the resident's daily routine outside of formal sessions?
  • 4Since staffing levels are a primary focus for your facility, how do you ensure that residents receive consistent, personalized attention throughout both the day and night shifts?
  • 5Can you share how the staff builds relationships with long-term residents to ensure they feel truly at home and supported in their daily lives?
  • 6How does your clinical team handle medical emergencies or sudden changes in a resident's health, and what is your process for notifying family members in those situations?

Key Review Excerpts

The floors are filthy. Really the floors through out the building is dirty. How the state doesn’t see this, please if your people is in there check on there tubing that inserts into the feeding always on that dirty floor.

Family member · 2026★★☆☆☆

This place literally never has anyone ready to answer the phone. Every time I go I’m met with nurses that have no interest in talking. The receptionist doesn’t even make sure every person signs in which is incredibly dangerous.

Family member · 2025★★☆☆☆

All of the staff know his name and he tries to know theirs. He has become very comfortable there over the years and the staff really does try to do what they can to make their residents content.
