What this means for your family

While the facility is praised for its therapy department and holiday activities, the recurring reports of neglect, poor hygiene, and security lapses are deeply concerning. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend visiting unannounced at different times of the day and speaking directly with current residents' families to verify the quality of daily care.

Key Review Excerpts

While at Camelot my mother received inadequate care. The verbal abuse, being left dirty for hours, falls every other day attempting to get to the restroom to change herself to CNA's refusing to help her in and out of bed are just a few of the issues
