Bridgeway Care and Rehab Center at Bridgewater receives high praise for its cleanliness, modern facilities, and friendly staff, with many families noting that their loved ones felt well-cared for and engaged. Key Review Excerpts
“Medical staff is negligent and incapable of diagnosing a UTI. I would tell them I was sure that my mother had one as she was exhibiting symptoms, they would refuse to test her or lie and say she tested negative and she would ultimately end up in the ER and hospitalized for days on IV antibiotic with a UTI.”
“The nurses and aides are excellent. It is a very friendly and caring atmosphere. They have been very attentive to managing my pain. Physical and Occupational therapy, Dave and Diane in particular, have all been excellent, professional and helpful.”
“Mom had a heart condition and most times when her call button was pushed it went unanswered for some time. What if it was a real emergency? Mom did have a few favorites there who truly cared but with lack of Supervision they could only do so much.”
Total nursing hours are below the EveryPlace reference benchmark, though RN coverage meets its reference level. Ask how aides are staffed for daily tasks such as bathing and mobility.
Reference benchmarks (0.75 RN and 4.1 total nursing hours per resident/day) are comparison targets, not current federal minimum requirements.
