What this means for your family

Bridgeway offers a modern, clean environment with a highly regarded rehabilitation therapy team, making it a strong contender for short-term recovery. However, families must be vigilant regarding medical oversight; specifically, ensure you have a clear plan for monitoring and advocating for your loved one's health, as multiple reviewers reported delays in diagnosing infections like UTIs.

Key Review Excerpts

Medical staff is negligent and incapable of diagnosing a UTI. I would tell them I was sure that my mother had one as she was exhibiting symptoms, they would refuse to test her or lie and say she tested negative and she would ultimately end up in the ER and hospitalized for days on IV antibiotic with a UTI.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The nurses and aides are excellent. It is a very friendly and caring atmosphere. They have been very attentive to managing my pain. Physical and Occupational therapy, Dave and Diane in particular, have all been excellent, professional and helpful.

Rehab patient · 2019★★★★★

Mom had a heart condition and most times when her call button was pushed it went unanswered for some time. What if it was a real emergency? Mom did have a few favorites there who truly cared but with lack of Supervision they could only do so much.
