“Medical staff is negligent and incapable of diagnosing a UTI. I would tell them I was sure that my mother had one as she was exhibiting symptoms, they would refuse to test her or lie and say she tested negative and she would ultimately end up in the ER and hospitalized for days on IV antibiotic with a UTI.”
