Key Review Excerpts

I’ve even had to go up to the facility to let them know he called out to get off his bedpan which he was on for over 30 minutes with a bed sore! They cut his call light off and will leave without helping him.

Family member · 2021☆☆☆☆

The smell in this place is awful. I hate visiting my relative. They do not change my relative's diaper as expected. They sit in their pee for longer than they should.

Family member · 2019☆☆☆☆

EVERYTIME I try to get in touch with someone regarding my father I can never speak to someone other than the receptionist. And She even told me the nurses are busy at the moment. Someone will give u a call back… 24 hours later. NO CALL.
