The facility is I believe less than 4 years old.. It is a nice multi level facility .. wood plank flooring (I think is engineered but is as nice as in my house) the public area walls are a tasteful grey color with white trim, the rooms are good sized

They gave my mother expired insulin for 3 months! most of the care givers are really nice, but are not good at giving meds. Also, my mother got a bed sore 3 days after she moved it.
