What this means for your family

Bartley is highly regarded for its physical therapy and nursing staff, making it a strong candidate for post-surgical rehab. However, families should be aware of reported inconsistencies in food quality and administrative communication; we recommend scheduling a tour to observe staff-to-patient interaction during off-peak hours.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

The PT dept was excellent with my wife, when she came to Bartley she couldn’t walk. Now she can walk and climb stairs. The nurses and aides were awesome.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

The food is disgusting breakfast eggs ( I’m pretty sure they were powered) toast and cold coffee... I asked for my pain medication and they said I could only have it every 12 hours, I checked my chart online and it said every 4 hours as needed.
