Key Review Excerpts

My dad was placed on a Friday (late afternoon) for post-knee surgery rehabilitation and Septis. He was not bathed for four days despite multiple requests. He lay in dirty linens, and was not given proper dietary nourishment.

Rehab patient's daughter · 2024☆☆☆☆

I had to wait 5 hours for crucial pain pills I needed from mu recent back surgery. Slow response from the call button, minimum 45 minute response. I couldn't get a shower, and when I did, they turned it on and left me.

Rehab patient · 2022☆☆☆☆

My grandma was brought in after a car wreak and couldn’t have any weight on either of her legs. They left her in the shower unattended for 30 minutes, she was a risk to fall with no weight on either legs she shouldn’t be left alone unless she is in her bed.
