Key Review Excerpts
“My mother has lived at the Village at Gainesville for many years, first in Assisted Living and now in Memory Care. They have always provided a warm nurturing environment and the staff is always willing to help.”
“I don't appreciate how the CNA Stephanie used hard profanity towards another worker who's not only new but (NEW) to being a CNA instead of her teaching and showing her how to do things so it wont happen again you just went straight to using profanity in front of everyone.. The head nurse asia was present during this time and instead of doing her job by correcting she agrees and see no problem with Stephanie actions”
“Unresponsive to the needs of my mother. Most any request or suggestion is answered with “no.””
