What this means for your family

While the facility offers a scenic, home-like environment and effective rehabilitation, the recent increase in reports regarding neglect and poor hygiene is concerning. Key Review Excerpts

I have observed on numerous occasions, residents in wheelchairs left alone in both the Community Room and the Common area room with no supervision. Recently, I arrived at the nursing home and found my loved one with a broken piece of leather in her mouth.

Family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

The place stinks of urine and my friend seems to be in her nightgown all day on weekends and doesn't get lunch till late. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the building.

Friend of resident · 2024★★★☆☆

My mom was there in May 2023, and we had a great experience with the staff and therapy. It is a small place and what sold us was they had one hallway of rehabilitation. so, we felt catered to.
