What this means for your family

While many families report positive experiences with specific staff members and wound care, there is a recurring pattern of communication issues and delayed responses to call buttons. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours to observe staffing levels firsthand and asking management specifically how they handle call-light response times and family updates.

Key Review Excerpts

On one occasion when I showed up her diaper was so full of poop it was literally up on her stomach. Some had already dried on her butt and when I was cleaning her butt her skin tore bc of bed sores.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

They will send you to voicemail or disconnect the line before the nurse will give an update. Even if you leave a voicemail they won’t call back. I had to threaten having a wellness check done just to get a nurse on the phone.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

When she does my wound care, the dressings actually stay on until the next scheduled change, and I don’t have to worry about them coming loose or falling off. That peace of mind really means a lot.
