How They Respond to Reviews

Generic

The owner uses highly repetitive, templated language to respond to all negative reviews. The responses fail to address specific complaints regarding hygiene, meals, or specialized care, instead relying on a standard apology and a redirection to a customer care line.

Key Review Excerpts

The nurses, caregivers and staff were kind, efficient and loving toward her, even when it was not easy to be so. They communicated with me on a regular basis and I always felt well informed.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

My husband was transferred here from BAMC Fri, today is Sunday and he hasn't had a shower, still wearing same clothes he came in with and has received no rehab. His meals are cold and no one checks in on him and take forever to answer call light.

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. My aunt eats very little normally however she enjoys the wide variety of food that is served here; her only complaint is that it’s too much food!
