Key Review Excerpts

The staff at Autumn Terrace has been so good in arranging a window visit for my weekly trip to Raytown. They have come to the window to introduce themselves to me since I cannot be in the building to meet anyone.

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★★★★

Our love one was transferred there a few weeks ago. On the surface, everything looks good & decent. The staff is attentive, especially when the family is in building. They want patients to eat in their rooms, unless you can voice your own opinion & make your way to the dining room.

Family member · 2024★★☆☆☆

My 91 great uncle had to fall 3 different times before they added a alarm on his chair and bed. Also he was gone for a week getting checked at another hospital and when he returned they had moved his room surprising him.

Families have filed multiple complaints against Alpine Breeze Health and Wellness, with recent concerns about resident abuse, financial exploitation, and unsafe conditions triggering federal investigations. The facility repeatedly struggles with environmental safety, nutrition and food service, and fire safety systems across multiple surveys from 2019 to 2025. While the facility corrects issues when cited, the pattern of recurring problems in basic safety areas and the volume of family complaints suggest ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
