What this means for your family

This facility is an excellent choice for patients focused on intensive physical or occupational therapy, as their rehab team is widely considered top-tier. However, families must remain vigilant regarding nursing responsiveness and medication schedules, as multiple reports indicate delays in care and issues with pain management.

How They Respond to Reviews

Generic

The owner uses highly repetitive, templated responses for positive reviews and relies on standardized legal disclaimers or redirection to administration for negative reviews. There is very little unique personalization in the responses to 5-star reviews.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy area is far superior than other facilities it's not even fair to compare. The therapists are great. Especially Chris. He was personal and caring about your well-being.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

I was a patient at Advanced Rehab for 2 years on the 1300 hall. I had the most attentive nurses and CNA’s. I cannot say enough about the physical therapist. When I was admitted, the prognosis was grime. I could not walk, bathe myself or use the restroom without assistance, but over time and persistence of the PT... When I left I was walking and able to take care of my activities of daily living.

Long-term resident · 2018★★★★★

The morning nurse accused me of lying when I told the head they were continually late giving me my medications and none of therapists believed me when I told them I was in excruciating pain after I had back surgery due to a fractured spine.
