What this means for your family

This facility offers an excellent environment for physical rehabilitation and features many highly dedicated staff members who provide compassionate care. However, families should be vigilant regarding communication and responsiveness; specifically, ensure you have a clear point of contact for medical updates and monitor the patient's daily needs, as multiple reviewers have noted lapses in call-light response and medical oversight.

Key Review Excerpts

The physical therapist could not be more outstanding at their professional skill, Emily, Rachel and Julia. They allowed her to go as far as she could with various exercises, while ensuring she did not overdue it

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

During my 90 day stay here I witnessed some of the most outrageous things like long response times to call lights, sometimes upward of 45 minutes; CNA's that do not work together well; patients needs not being met.

Rehab patient · 2018☆☆☆☆

The nursing management staff is wonderful. However I found the aids/staff didn't pay much attention to feeding. I saw a lot of just leaving the food tray and walking out. Sometimes not within reach of patient.
