Key Review Excerpts

His room was filthy! When I asked for a broom to clean it I got an attitude from staff. I had to get cleaning supplies from the store and clean it myself.

Rehab patient's daughter · 2022☆☆☆☆

Because of the lack of care given to my mother she is no longer with us. She went in for short stay rehab after a stroke and was doing great when she left the hospital...simple enough, but ended up passing away from malnutrition and kidney failure because no one was making sure she was eating and drinking enough.

Long-term resident's family · 2019☆☆☆☆

Excellent staff working each day to make a truly impactful difference for the residents!
