What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with the rehab team and administrative communication, the recurring reports of residents being left in soiled clothing and significant understaffing are major red flags. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend unannounced visits during weekends or evenings to observe actual staffing levels and response times for yourself.

Google Reviews

Google Reviews

Accordius Health at Rose Manor receives highly polarized feedback, with recent reviews highlighting significant concerns regarding neglect, hygiene, and understaffing. While some families report positive experiences with therapy and specific staff members, multiple reports of residents being left in soiled clothing and experiencing slow response times suggest inconsistent standards of care. Potential families should be aware of the stark contrast between the facility's positive administrative updates and the recurring complaints about basic daily care.

Key Review Excerpts

The certified nurse assistants (CNAs) would hang around the nurses station and talk, laugh, and gossip. Often they would be so involved with talking they would miss the call light. I had to sit in a soiled adult diaper sometimes for over an hour.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mother’s care team is AMAZING!! I receive weekly reports, pics etc. if she has a runny nose I get a call. Her nursing team even grooms her hair.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

1st day my mother-in-law spent there she was asking for help to get to the bathroom and they told her there is only one worker on this whole hall, if they don't get to you and you have to go, just go in the bed and they will clean you up when they get to you.
