What this means for your family

This facility is an excellent choice for rehabilitation and short-term recovery due to its highly-rated therapy department and welcoming atmosphere. However, if your loved one has complex medical needs requiring immediate emergency intervention, you should closely monitor their clinical oversight, as one family reported a serious delay in emergency care.

Google Reviews

Google Reviews

85 reviews analyzed
Families can expect a highly compassionate rehabilitation and nursing environment, with many reviewers praising the exceptional therapy team and the staff's ability to accommodate family needs like overnight stays. While most experiences are overwhelmingly positive, one critical report of medical mismanagement and delayed emergency response serves as a significant warning for those requiring high-acuity monitoring.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff worked really hard and provided wonderful care and went above and beyond. Shoot out to all the nurses, CNAs therapy department. They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband staying in the facility with me overnight.

Rehab patient's family · 2026★★★★★

The staff is very nice and nurses appear to care but they allowed my mother's blood sugar to drop below 50 causing her to lose consciousness and then delayed calling 911 because "they could perform the care needed".

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★☆☆☆

The therapy team really helped her get stronger and kept her motivated, and we could see the improvement. The nurses and staff were kind to her and treated her with patience.
